Where do consultations take place?

My consultation options vary based on your primary care provider. If your child is a current patient at Valley Pediatrics of Greenwich, then our appointments will take place at their office location. For all other clients, I provide flexible support through virtual consultations or home visits. Are your services inclusive of all families?

Absolutely! My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, non-judgmental care to all families, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, single parents, adoptive parents, and those of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. My goal is to support every family on their unique feeding journey.
What are your consultation fees?

How long have you been practicing as a lactation consultant?

I have been a practicing International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2013. In that time, I've had the privilege of supporting many families through their unique feeding journeys.
What should I do to prepare for our consultation?

To make the most of our time, it's helpful if you (and baby!) are ready to feed at the start of our session. You might also want to have any nursing pillows, breast pump parts, or bottles you use handy. Think about any questions or concerns you have beforehand, and gather any relevant information like baby's feeding logs.
Can my partner or other family members be present during the consultation?

Absolutely! Partners, spouses, and other supportive family members are highly encouraged to be present during the consultation. Their understanding and support are invaluable to your feeding journey.
How long does a typical consultation last?

An in-home consultation lasts about 60 minutes. Virtual consultation about 30 minutes. This allows time for a thorough assessment, feeding observation, addressing your concerns, and developing a personalized care plan.
Do you offer prenatal (before birth) consultations?

Yes, I highly recommend prenatal consultations! These sessions are perfect for expectant parents who want to prepare for breastfeeding, discuss their goals, learn about common challenges, or address any concerns before baby arrives.
